Absolutely perfect room and staff is always very friendly and responsive.

The seamless check-in procedure, especially with those electronic locks, made the process easy. The location was spot-on, putting me just a short walk away from all major attractions. Plus, that complimentary bottle of wine in the room added such a nice touch to the experience!

The rooms were new-fashioned and tidy with nice views, great balcony plus the adjacent garden, just what we needed. The hotel was in the very central setting in centre of Jerusalem😃

The so-called view was completely blocked by filthy windows, and the room was suuuuper cramped, like, seriously? Don't even get me started on the shower, gross. Given all that, i expected a complimentary gesture, or at least a room upgrade, but no, just disappointment. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

Wicked cozy room with a spacious bathroom! Loved how clean it was and the comfy bed was just as nice. The owners were super responsive over WhatsApp and even tossed in a complimentary bottle of wine, a cool unexpected touch. I'll definitely be back!

The entrance is nearly impossible to find!!! My driver circled for ages with no noticeable sign. If you get a ground-floor room, expect noise from the lobby traffic!!!

It was an enjoyable time staying at this wonderful small hotel. The room I stayed in was reasonably large and excellent and complete with nice views, great balcony, the bathroom. An electric kettle, a refrigerator and glassware were very handy👌
